or from other sources).
- Your membership/ registration with
Heavenindia.net is for your sole, personal
purpose. you are not supposed to allow
others (friends/relatives/siblings) to
use your membership and you may not assign
or otherwise transfer your account to
any other person or entity. if found then
your membership is immediately cancelled.
- The data of Bride/Bridegroom-Date of Birth,Height,Qualification,Job,Salary,Religion,
Caste,Marital status,Property details etc mentioned
by them some times written and some times it may be orally.
So you should confirm the data of the Bride/Bridegroom in the first meeting.The consultancy will not be responsible for any disputes.
- Consultancy will not involve in financial
talks for the bride side or bride groom
side and will not responsible for any
distrubances between yours.
- You should not include in your profile
any offensive, anatomical or porn references,
or connotative language and you will not
post any photos containing nudity or any
other photo apart from yours in Heavenindia.net
reserves the right to reject any profile.
- The sole responsibility of enquiring
about the information furnished in the
profile and correctness of the photos
lies with the costomer only, Heavenindia.net.
is no way responsible.
- Tampering / altering profiles or photos
in any manner will lead to legal action.
- If marriage is fixed, the customer has
to take moral responsibility in informing
us immediately as his / her photo / profile
will be removed from the database. if
not informed then the Heavenindia.net
do not hold responsibility.
- You will not engage in advertising to
or solicitation of, other members to buy
or sell any product or services through
this membership.
- Heavenindia.net is not liable for any
incidental, consequential or indirect
damages (including Damages for loss of
data, loss of programs. Cost or procurement
of substitute services or services interruptions)
arising out of the use or inability to
use the Heavenindia.net.
- Jurisdiction arising for all the disputes
arising under this registration the courts
at Hyderabad alone have the exclusive
jurisdiction.
- incase of the marriage is settled by
the heaven marriage consultancy,the consultancy
will charge the settlement amount which
is committed by the member at the time
of registration. If the member fails to
do so leads to legal actions taken by
the HEAVEN Marriage Consultancy-Hyderabad.
